The junior suites at Melheim Resort And Spa were absolutely amazing! The air conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days, and we loved relaxing in the evenings while watching satellite TV. The minibar was a nice touch too. But the best part was definitely the outdoor deck and balcony, where we could enjoy the breathtaking views of the valleys. It was like our own little piece of paradise!
Personally, I didn't enjoy the private deck that opened out to the stunning mountain scenery. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The room at this resort was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning decor and attention to detail. And talk about a special touch, the staff went above and beyond by arranging red hearts and roses on the bed for Valentine’s Day. It was such a romantic gesture that made our stay even more memorable.

We spent Christmas in this peaceful hotel surrounded by stunning mountain ranges. the setting was simply stunning with breathtaking views that changed within minutes. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the fresh and tasty vegetables grown in the hotel's vegetable garden. the service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. the location was perfect for lovely walks, and we had the opportunity to visit many waterfalls close by.
The food was not exceptional, although they put a lot of effort into it. the service at the restaurant could have been a little bit better as we had to wait a little bit for our food at times.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room and the dining area. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's key location allowed us to easily visit nearby attractions such as Diyaluma Falls and Lipton's Seat. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our dietary requirements were met and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
There were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. the food options were limited, especially during breakfast.

Celebrating New Year here was fantastic! The stunning views from all around the hotel made us fall in love with this place. The food served during the celebrations was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the fireworks from the terrace. A highlight was the forest trekking guided by a local person, who took us to hidden waterfalls and tea plantations.
The rooms were overpriced and not very modern in design. , due to its location on a hill, getting to the hotel can be a bit difficult for some travelers.
